3.1. Final project report submission
- Report submitted to department at least 10 days before final defense
- Hard/soft copy made available to external examiner at least one week before presentation
3.2. Final defense
- Viva voce
- Demonstration of the project
3.3. Report binding and submission
- 3 copies: College Library, Self, Dean Office
- Golden Embracing with Black Binding
- Final approved signed copy submitted to Dean Office, Exam Section, Institute of Science and Technology, Tribhuvan University
4.1. Proposal Defense - 10% of 100 marks
- Head/Program Coordinator: 2 marks
- Supervisor: 6 marks
- Internal Examiner: 2 marks
4.2. Midterm - 20% of 100 marks
- Head/Program Coordinator: 3 marks
- Supervisor: 14 marks
- Internal Examiner: 3 marks
4.3. Final Defense - 70% of 100 marks

- Evaluate students' project during proposal defense, midterm, and final defense

- Evaluate viva voce, presentation, and demonstration during final defense

- Develop the project and prepare project report
- Defend project work throughout each evaluation phase
- Maintain log of visits with supervisors including technical feedbacks
